The Client is also tasked with addressing environmental issues in relation to sewerage. One of its significant achievements has been the total Treated Sewerage Effluent (TSE) Project. Developments are also underway for a national storm drainage plan and sewerage plants in all Kingdom.

 

Civil Engineer

Job description

     To supervise projects for the construction and improvement of highways, roads and streets in the Kingdom of Bahrain in accordance with the requirements of the Roads Projects & Maintenance Directorate and all other stakeholders and to undertake designated engineering tasks associated with the construction of road projects.

Job requirements

 
Minimum education level : Bachelors Degree level
Study field : Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
Required skill(s) : There is no value added skill required
Working experience : 4 years



    • Full degree in Civil Engineering from an approved University or College.

    • Minimum of 4 years experience specializing in the construction of highways, roads, streets and associated structures, with governments, consulting engineers or contractors.

    • Experience at a minimum of Assistant Resident Engineer level in the construction of highways, roads and streets with an individual project value of at least BD250,000/-, sound experience in engineering surveying, highway design, maintenance and quantity surveying plus experience in structural design, traffic and transportation engineering.

    • Experience in leading a team of senior technicians and technicians supervising construction of highways, roads, streets and structures.

    • Experience using computers for engineering and office applications.

    • Current driving license.
