Job description

Responsible for the overall contract administration works ranging from pre-award of contract to the completion and close out report.

Plan, coordinate, execute and control the preparation of bill of quantities (BQ), project costing, interim valuation, site progress assessment and measurement and project planning for all works undertaken.

Job requirements

Minimum education level :	Bachelors Degree level
Study field :	Quantity Survey or equivalent
Required skill(s) :	There is no value added skill required
Working experience :	8 years

Degree in Quantity Survey or related field.

Minimum 8 years related experience in contract administration in the construction industry preferably in marine works.

Well versed shipyard infrastructure set up such as slipway, workshops, hanger, reclamation, dredging works, etc.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willing to work long and irregular hours.

Other necessary attributes include the ability to work independently, a good team player, proactive and committed.
