For the Oil and Gas Industry, the client has a contract for Engineering, Procurement, Construction and On-Shore Commissioning of living quarters for the oil company in Malaysia.

Supervisor - Hull job position which is specializing in Engineering - Others is offered on Full Time basis. Job description

Supervise and report structural hull fabrication and erection works of the project.

Monitor, supervise and control the manpower and resources and ensure project is delivered as scheduled.

Ensure the work carried out is accordance to the quality and safety requirements.

Job requirements

Minimum education level :	Secondary School/O Level/ Equivalent level
Study field :	Any related study fields or equivalent
Required skill(s) :	There is no value added skill required
Working experience :	5 years

Minimum SPM/MCE, preferably with relevant Technical Certificate from Polytechnic or technical college.

Minimum 5 years working experience in shipbuilding with 2-3 years experience in Supervisory level.

Well versed in various welding methods and the Non-Destructive Test requirements.

Knowledge on shipbuilding methods of construction.

Able to read technical drawings.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willing to work long and irregular hours.

Other necessary attributes include the ability to work independently, a good team player, proactive and committed.
