Our Client, a METHANOL CHEMICALS COMPANY (MCC). A SAUDI JOINT STOCK COMPANY. It is a major producer and international supplier of premium grade Formaldehyde/Derivative Products over the years. It operates a State-of-the-Art Petrochemical Complex based on world renowned process technologies.

Our Client is currently executing the following Backward Integration/Forward Expansion projects, which are in advanced stages of completion.

1. Methanol/Carbon Monoxide Plant.
2. Methylamines/Di Methyl Formamide Plant.
3. Pentaerythritol Plant.
4. Acetaldehyde Plant.
5. Formaldehyde Expansion Plant

Our Client operates its plants through most modern DCS Control System and the entire business operations are connected through SAP based ERP package. Our Client is ISO 9000 certified and is in the process of obtaining ISO 14000 certification.

Its administrative policies, HR development programmes and ERP Systems are developed and administered in a most efficient, competent and transparent manner to attract, retain, motivate and develop a highly qualified and competent global workforce.

Its current workforce is around 225 employees predominantly from Asian/Middle Eastern Region.

Our Client requires the following highly qualified and competent workforce for its various plants being built under the expansion plan. Candidates having work experience in above mentioned plants would be preferred.

Job description

    He should have expert knowledge of reliability centered maintenance techniques and risk base inspection techniques including working knowledge of quality management systems development, implementation and monitoring, should be conversant with NDT techniques, like – Radiographer, MPT, DPT, Ultrasonic resting, etc, conversant with monitoring the health of rotary equipment and techniques for measurement of parameters like vibrations, etc., should have the ability to analyze, interpret the results and suggest solutions.


Job requirements

 
Minimum education level : Bachelors Degree level
Study field : Engineering - Chemical or equivalent
Required skill(s) : There is no value added skill required
Working experience : 10 years


    Candidates having Engineering Degree with 10+ years experience in reliability and non-destructive testing in chemicals and manufacturing and excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Candidates with additional Level II qualification in RT, DPT and MPT would be preferred.


    Should be experienced with knowledge about different types of equipment – static equipment (pressure vessels, boilers, heat exchangers, etc), rotary equipment (pumps, centrifugal compressors, reciprocating compressors, turbines, screw compressors, etc.).


    Candidates should have preferably had experience in the Technical services department Ammonia / Methanol manufacturing units associated with trouble shooting of the above mentioned rotary equipment.
