Job description
- Source and sort candidates according to specifications and time-frame established.
- Conduct preliminary phone screening with prospective candidates.
- Conduct Face-to-Face interview with short listed candidates.
- Prepare candidate assessment reports.
- Develop new customer base.
- Manage candidates' expectation and follow-up closely with the new recruit to ensure successfully recruitment.
- Monitor, improve, and maintain service quality levels to maximize customer's satisfaction.
