Job description
- Provide support to external users by identify, evaluate, patching and implement solutions to ensure services supplied meet all aspect of the customer business needs, being online or onsite.
- Periodic maintenance, support, health check and enhancement on systems, handle administrative task on customer data center.
- Participate as team member in project implementation, control and update of technical/operational documents.
- Managing customer related incidents and ensuring speedy resolution.
- Work cooperatively with cross-functional teams, vendors, partners and customers to ensure successful deployment.
- Research and explore new technologies according to company direction.
