Service Monitoring Specialist

Job available in Malaysia

Service Monitoring Specialist job position which is specializing in IT / Computer - Network / System / Database Admin is offered on Full Time basis. There are 3 vacancies available immediately in the organization offered by Yen Maseri Ariel dotCom, which located in Malaysia. Minimum qualification for this job position is having at least Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology. Applicant must also have minimum of 5 years working experience in the related field. There is no value added skill will be required.

Job description


    • Monitors service levels and directs real-time forecasting to meet service levels.

    • Advice to management on the most efficient and cost effective strategies to deliver Service Level Agreements.

    • Analyze past volume and staffing patterns and implement plan based on the forecast provided by the client staff of the Service Center to ensure service goals are met.

    • Oversee all Real-Time and Intra-Day activities to ensure operational and client goals are met.

    • Conduct analysis and recommend solutions to Real-Time performance issues with the operational business units.

    • Validate forecasting and staff planning and work with Account Managers.

    • Ensure all required WFM data is tracked and trended on a continuous basis.

    • Interface with Account Managers/Director as needed for escalation of service impacting issues.

    • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and distribute to the Management



Job requirements

 
Minimum education level : Bachelors Degree level
Study field : Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Required skill(s) : There is no value added skill required
Working experience : 5 years



    • Experienced in managing people, processes and technology.

    • Excellent knowledge of Workforce Management applications, technologies and key performance indicators.

    • Demonstrated skills in all phases of workforce planning, forecasting and Intra-day functions.

    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.

    • Fluent in verbal and written English.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.

    • Able to work with management teams to ensure clear goals regarding Service Level Agreements.

    • Fast learner, strategic thinker, tactical implementer and solutions oriented.

    • Highly motivated, creative, self-sufficient and able to operate effectively without close supervision.

    • Able to work in a multi-cultural environment and travel internationally when necessary.
