Service Desk Analyst

Service Desk Analyst job position which is specializing in IT / Computer - Network / System / Database Admin is offered on Full Time basis. There are 3 vacancies available immediately in the organization offered by Yen Maseri Ariel dotCom, which located in Malaysia. Minimum qualification for this job position is having at least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology. Applicant must also have minimum of 3 years working experience in the related field. Job description

Provide first level IT support to clients via telephone, e-mail.

Communicate customer requirements clearly and interface with other levels of support (if required).

Resolve issues and handle reported requests.

Perform escalation and workflow procedures.

Job requirements

Minimum education level :	Diploma level
Study field :	Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Required skill(s) :	There is no value added skill required
Working experience :	3 years

At least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Preferably with MCSE , A+ Certification or equivalent qualification.

Knowlege of Remote Access troubleshooting, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Window OS, Basic Networking, PC Wireless Connectivity and Window XP.

Knowledge of cabling and network architectures.

Excellent verbal and written English.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to identify and distinguish between hardware, software, network and server problems.
