Our Client provides infrastructure frameworks set out in the National Strategic Master Plan for the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Client is the government construction arm of the Kingdom of Bahrain and has oversight with its Master Plan:-

1. Infrastructure Development consisting of the Strategic Planning, Design, Construction and Maintenance of the public road network and the drainage systems for the Kingdom.
2. Design, Construction, Project Management and Maintenance of Public Buildings.
3. Software Application System, Infrastructure Technology and Other Services.

This infrastructure supports national development goals by maximizing the potential of the Kingdom for economic progress. This economic diversification is complemented by increased allocation of funds for community development projects and for improvement of existing infrastructure.
The Client is committed to constantly improving its service offering to the Kingdom. This objective is achieved through long-term research which addresses a large range of complex technical issues that Bahrain faces in the modern world.
The Client is also tasked with addressing environmental issues in relation to sewerage. One of its significant achievements has been the total Treated Sewerage Effluent (TSE) Project. Developments are also underway for a national storm drainage plan and sewerage plants in all Kingdom.

Job description


    • • to set objectives and polices related to the health and safety plans in the ministry and to prepare and implement effective occupational health and safety policies and procedures aiming at promoting food, healthy environment and prevention of work accidents.

    • • Participate with Civil Service Bureau in design and formulate occupational health and safety standards and program with the view to safeguarding the employees from industrial accident and injuries.

    • • Monitor and evaluate all fire precaution, first aid and safety training programs against established objectives.

    • • Ensure that contractors within the project are aware of and observe such procedures as may be appropriate to safeguard the health and safety of government employees.

    • • Ability to apply occupational safety management and measurement and effective team work.

    • • Excellent risk analysis capabilities and presentation skills.

    • • Leadership and motivational ability to induce safety awareness & suggest job improvement/innovative work methods.
